Advanced Pistol

Cost:   $125.00

Outline:   This is a Tango Down Pro training course designed for the experienced shooter who is looking to increase his / her skill in surviving an armed encounter.  This course is physically demanding and will test the ability of the shooter.  The shooter will learn target acquisition on the move, drawing from the holster with the non-shooting hand, one-hand malfunction clearing, reloading on the move and shooting from cover.  In this class, a strong survival mindset is enforced and designed to greatly increase the confidence of the shooter.

The shooter MUST have an excellent working knowledge of their weapon system and be able to operate from the holster with ease.  Due to the intensity of the training, it is also expected for the shooter to have a good working knowledge of safety.  Even though this is high-speed training, dry fire drills prior to live fire are performed. (We still utilize a crawl, walk, run method of training).  Although this class is demanding, it is also a ton of fun.  A combination of threat assessment paper targets are used in conjunction with steel plates.
